What I do for my mental health
For my mental health I like to sing and listen to music. Sometimes I like to make up my own songs. I listen to different types of music. Most of the time I can learn the lyrics by heart!
Another thing I like to do for my mental health is cooking. I help my mum cook dinner. Sometimes I decide to cook my own dinner. Me and my mum bake pie together and when we make the custard we sometimes put colors in it.
I also like to exercise in the morning. I do some stretches before I go to Google meetings. I always make sure to click at least one finger before I do anything. When I exercise it makes me feel happy. It makes me not so lazy.
Another thing that I do is affirmations in the morning. Now you might know what an affirmation is. An affirmation is something that you can do to make you feel confident. All you have to do is say some positive things about yourself. You can say things like "I am kind, I am beautiful,I am smart, I am loved and I am brave. When you say your affirmation you HAVE to mean it, if not then what is the point of saying it!?
